The DeltaVision Elite from GE Healthcare is a turn-key deconvolution live cell imaging system providing outstanding contrast and resolution for wide-field epifluorescence microscopy. Equipped with a powerful illumination system and a high precision microscope stage with hardware based autofocus functionality, this fully automated system allows for long-term 3d imaging with high stability. Two laser lines (405 nm, 561 nm) can be used for photobleaching or -manipulation.
